Our
work is aimed at making sure that learning is supported by employers and that
taking time out to train and develop leads to real job opportunities. We have
designed a one-stop-shop web tool which identifies clear career routes through
our sector, job profiles and information on career development options.
This
dedicated website presents the roles, qualification requirements and career
pathways associated with the main categories in management, scientific,
technical and professional roles across the Cogent sector. It provides access
to real jobs, careers options and career pathways mapped out with entry levels,
qualifications and standards. It includes relevant courses, qualifications and
