It is essential for people working in many occupations and functions to strive for improvement of their underlying knowledge and skills.  At all levels, there are courses and learning materials available to develop these skills and competence.

There are a number of Apprenticeship schemes available in the Cogent industries, developed by Cogent in close co-operation with employers and education bodies.
