As a Government funded body, Cogent is involved in boosting the skills base for its industries. To help us make this happen we are looking to recruit a Development Officer on an initial 12 month contract based at our Warrington office.
You will analyse existing job descriptions
and identify the skills and knowledge aspects of each role. You will then develop these role components
with industry and awarding bodies and training providers. A degree or equivalent qualification is
preferred and experience in skills and education would be helpful, although
training and guidance will be given. You
