Manager - Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals (home- based)
We are looking for a
senior player to work with employers in the pharmaceuticals and chemicals
industries to ensure their staff have the necessary skills now and in the
future.
Engaging with Cogent sector employers at a strategic level, the aim of the role
is to explore and understand workforce capacity and capacity issues and
provide leadership, guidance and support. You will develop
demand-driven training provision through structured skills stratagies
and focused, well managed projects.

Regional Manager (Southern
England), home-based
The Southern England
Regional Manager will be accountable for the delivery of the Cogent agenda across
London, South
East and South West England. You should have experience of working within a Cogent sector industry
and/or a relevant education and training field. You should understand and have
experience of working with regional policies and structures, and be an
effective influencer and communicator.

Research Advisor - Nuclear, Warrington
The holder of the post will
develop a strategy for collecting and refreshing LMI and for implementing
foresight planning for the industries. We are looking for someone with
knowledge and experience in workforce or skills development or possibly with a
background in the Nuclear sector. Graduate essential or significant work
experience in a labour market research environment would be helpful.
