Adam Smith College in partnership with the Tayside Engineering Colleges are responding to industry demand by updating their courses in Petroleum Engineering. The courses are aimed at those people working in or seeking employment in the ‘upstream’ oil and gas sector. To ensure that the qualification is fit for purpose the design team is seeking feedback from as many people as possible. The link will direct you to the proposed course frameworks and a short questionnaire which will allow you to give us your views on the proposal. Given the range of career opportunities in the sector the proposed HND framework has focused on a relatively small mandatory section, allowing for options to be chosen that suit different job roles.’
