There’s now only two weeks to go
until the eagerly anticipated World Class Nuclear Skills Conference. Bringing together
employer
organisations in the nuclear sector, colleges, universities and the industry’s
workforce the event will address how the UK builds up its
resource and skill base to meet the twin challenge of decommissioning redundant
nuclear facilities and also building and operating the next generation of
nuclear power stations.
Organised by the National Skills Academy, Nuclear and the Nuclear
Decommissioning Authority the event will take place on Thursday 12th March at
Manchester Central.
Confirmed speakers include Malcolm
Wicks MP and Charles Hendry MP as well as a host of key figures from industry
