Stage one:  Skills needs analysis and employer     feedback interview results:

This report will carry an assessment of the skills required for each of our five industries. It will also carry the results of in-depth interviews with a wide  range employers.

Stage Two: Assessment of Current Provision

This report will show the extent of vocational education and skill provision relevant to Cogent's industries.

The first draft will be available from 16th January.

Stage Three: Gap analysis.

This report will show where there is a mismatch between demand and supply of vocational education and training provision.

Cogent will be taking the findings out to consultation from 28th February and publishing the results at the end of April.
