Research Director
Our
Research Director will lead the development of our Labour Market
Intelligence capability, establishing a firm evidence base for future
strategy. You will make sure that skills planning is aligned with
technological trends in our sectors, and that education and training
providers are responsive to the projected needs of our businesses. You
will be part of Cogent’s senior management team.

Skills Development Director - Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals Sector
Engaging with Cogent sector employers at a strategic level, the aim of the role
is to explore and understand workforce capacity and capacity issues and
provide leadership, guidance and support. You will develop
demand-driven training provision through structured skills stratagies
and focused, well managed projects.
