The day aims to encourage more organisations to realise the benefits of workplace learning for staff and organisations, to celebrate existing learning achievements and promote further learning opportunities.

part of this year's day, being held on 24th May 07, Campain for Learning are running a Childhood Dream Job
Competition to encourage people to think about their
current career paths, their career aspirations and how learning can help make
career dreams a reality.
