To review the National Occupational Standards for Refinery Field Operations and Refinery Control Room Operations
In May 2006, the National
Occupational Standards for Refinery Field Operations and Refinery Control Room
Operations had an incremental review. As a result of this review, a full review
was called for. This invitation to tender relates
specifically to the need for consultancy services to undertake the work. The work
requires elements of desk research, consultation, design and facilitation,
National Occupational Standards writing, qualification structure writing and
report writing. We have estimated it
will involve approximately 40 days work between November 2007 and March 2008. We
are now seeking submissions from individuals that have expertise in providing
these services.
