the focus is on the best Training and Development
programme run by the industry.

This entry category
award is open to processors (manufacturers of finished products using
plastic materials) and OEMs processing in-house who view the
development of skills in their staff as an integral part of the
company's own development. The judges will be looking for investment in
training, examples of effectiveness and good appraisal and personal
development programmes. |
