Employer Consultation Survey

To complete stages 1-3 of the Sector Skills Agreement process, detailed information is needed from employers on the issues that matter to, and affect, their business.  While we are using a variety of sources to provide an accurate and detailed collection of Labour Market Information, employers are the most authoritative source.

This survey will collect extensive detail about skills, qualifications and training so Cogent can more clearly articulate to government, funders, training providers and other bodies what our employers need at industry and regional levels.

To Complete the Survey

As most questions have tick boxes and dropdown lists, completion should taken no more than 30 minutes.  It is based on a Word document and you do not need to complete it all in one sitting.

2.  Complete the questions as relevant for operations at your site (and those remote workers who take direction from your site).

Your input will help us to create a strategy which meets your needs and is a precursor to a costed action plan which will deliver real change in education and training.
