Working Higher
Working Higher is a collaborative project between the Physical Sciences Centre, Cogent Sector Skills Council and the University of Hull. The project is funded by the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE) under their Employer Engagement Fund and aims to develop a suite of flexible, work-based Foundation Degrees in collaboration with a consortium of HEIs and employers. This this will be achivede by collaborating with other stakeholders such as Semta and other Academy Subject Centres.

The North East Energy Sector: Higher Level Skills Development
Cogent undertook bespoke research in the North East, examining the need for demand-led training provision for the energy sector based within the region. The report was funded by the North East Higher Level Skills Pathfinder, which will shortly be announcing a call to providers for the development of such provision.
