Research Director
The Research Director will be part of Cogent’s Executive team and report directly to the Chief Executive. You will have line management responsibility for the Research Team and lead or collaborate with Project Managers on funded projects requiring a research contribution.
A key requirement of this role is to identify and develop commercial opportunities for Cogent’s research and you will work with colleagues to package and promote our research products and services. You will provide leadership and a national presence for Cogent in matters relating to the evidence base of labour market data, skills, research analysis and the impact potential of workforce development and skills interventions.
