Cogent, the Skills Council for the science-based industries invites Expressions of Interest from suitable organisations for work in connection with the evaluation of projects related to the Employer Investment Framework (Stage 2) and the Growth and Innovation Fund (GIF).
The purpose of the work is to oversee, assess, audit and report on the evaluation of the six EIF2 and GIF1 projects to be delivered through Cogent.

Interested parties must submit evidence of (a) their relevant evaluation experience; (b) their knowledge and understanding of the current UK skills agenda and (c) their knowledge and experience of working with the science-based industries.
Expressions of Interest should be no longer than five pages and produced in Microsoft Word.
The contract will be awarded on the basis of the supplier who provides the most economically advantageous tender, whilst at the same time meeting the Cogent’s requirements and standards.
Successful bidders at the EOI stage will be invited to an information event at Cogent’s Warrington office, during which specific details of the evaluation’s scope and ambition will be outlined.
