Cogent are pleased to announce that following an open competition, Warwick Economics and Development (WECD) have been appointed as external evaluators for our six UKCES funded Growth and Investment Fund (1) and Employment Investment Fund (2) projects.
Warwick Economics and Development are a multi-disciplinary
consultancy team providing research, analysis and advice on economics,
regeneration, education and development and business management issues for
private, public and not-for-profit organisations in the UK and internationally.
The team undertaking the external evaluation of Cogent’s Employer Investment
Framework and Growth and Innovation Fund Projects is led by Georgia Siora and
have an excellent knowledge of the policy and operational environment within
which Sector Skills Councils and the National Skills Academies operate and a
wealth of experience in conducting evaluations and establishing frameworks and
metrics to assess the impact of skills development related issues, business
support initiatives, science, innovation, research and knowledge transfer
activities.
