Stuart Ross will be speaking about the commercial opportunity presented to business by the environmental challenge and the concept of sustainability as well as discussing the practical application of the principle of the triple bottom line. Stuart is the Chair of Food North West Ltd and The Environmental Network North West Ltd as well as a former Supply Chain and Distribution Director of Tesco.
