The event will be hosted by Malcolm Sarstedt, Unilever's Group Process Safety Manager and member of the Process Safety Management Board. Jean Allen, HR Manager of Solvay and Alan Flynn, Group Process Safety Manager of Pentagon Chemicals will share their experience of applying the lessons they learned from the Process Safety Leadership and Process Safety Management Foundations training to their own company's process safety performance improvement plans. Ian Travers, HSE's Acting Head of Chemicals, Explosives and Microbiological Hazards Division will close the event with the HSE's views on the importance and benefits of the effective leadership and management of process safety.
