Scotland Manager, home-based, C. £45,000, plus benefits

  • Leading on the delivery of a Skills Action Plan for Scotland, key responsibilities include:
  • Establishing an employer network group in Scotland to consult on  standards and qualifications
  • Establishing regular meetings with key regional stakeholders
  • Ensuring that Cogent LMI is current through liaison with the Cogent research team
  • Representing Cogent at Alliance meetings and other relevant regional fora
  • Working with our National Skills Academies to promote a streamlined offer

You should be Degree-educated or have the equivalent work-related qualifications. Experience of working within a relevant qualifications field or within the Cogent Sector and an understanding of Scotland’s skills policies are also desirable. You should be willing to travel, mainly in Scotland. In addition to an attractive salary for the position, Cogent offers a generous Final Salary Pension Scheme and private healthcare.
